It depends on your usage. For a one-bedroom unit, it's generally between $30 and $40 per month.
Are pets allowed?
This must be confirmed with the owner. Let us know what type of pet you have. Depending on the building, a deposit may sometimes be requested.
How do I apply?
Simply ask our team, who will send you the required documents. Screening includes an application form, a credit check and proof of income.
I just arrived in Canada and have no credit history.
No problem, this is common. To strengthen your application, you can provide proof of stable income, have a guarantor or offer advance payments.
Is tenant insurance mandatory?
Yes, tenant insurance is mandatory at all times. It is required by law and by the buildings. It also protects your personal belongings, so it is very important to have it.
Can I move in mid-month? How long is the lease?
Leases are generally 12 months. You can move in mid-month; the first rent will be prorated.
How do I pay rent?
The first month is paid when the lease is signed. After that, rent is paid by Interac e-Transfer or pre-authorized debit.
